Technical data, dimensions, weights etc. stated serve only as a guide and do not form part of the contract.
Prior to use purchasers should independently determine the suitability of the product for their specific purposes.
The vendor shall not be liable to the purchaser for any consequential loss or damages however arising and whether in contract or not.
The Vendor will endeavour to complete and dispatch the order by the date agreed.
Any times quoted for delivery are to be considered estimates only and shall not be binding.
Unless prices are agreed at the time of placing an order all goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at the date of dispatch.
The purchaser will be responsible for all charges incurred in returning such goods in perfect saleable condition. A handling charge of 20% of the cost of the goods will be levied.
Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
The prices are ex-works excluding VAT.
Carriage will be charged at extra cost.
For non-account customers payment is strictly cash, debit or credit card. Goods paid for by cheque will be dispatched on clearance.
New customers may be granted an account subject to a period of satisfactory trading, completion and return of a signed application form and satisfactory references.

Hi-Tek Products Ltd. reserve the right to refuse receipt of returned goods wrongly ordered by the purchaser without written prior agreement.
